These sleep tube tops cover the housing on gear and brake cables to protect your frame from wear and scratches. Made from silicone, these stretch over the cable housing to protect and reduce noise. They can be placed virtually anywhere cable housing comes into contact with a bicycle frame to protect and reduce noice from cable slap.
- Useful when running cables round the head tube, or through lefty forks. Also very good at reducing cable vibration noise.
